Returns and Shipping
All Australian orders are shipped within 3 business days via Standard delivery.
Express Delivery – Order placed before 3pm Mon – Fri, 3 business day delivery between major metro area.
All International orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. You will be notified by an email once order is placed if NOT in stock. For majority of orders typical delivery time is in accordance to the delivery estimates provided by Australia post, Exception to delivery estimates apply during peak periods, like Pre-Christmas season in December, Christmas/New Year Holidays and when explicitly highlighted in our listing description. Please allow additional time for more remote locations. You are able to track your order here.
Please note: COVID-19 disruptions are affecting Victorian deliveries. Delays may be expected.

We ship all around the world by Express post.
Duties and Taxes may be payable Taxes & Duties
All prices on House of Angels are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges House of Angels does not cover or include this in our shipping charges.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at House of Angels. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase, provided that items have not been used.
Before you return a product, please note:
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns.
- The product was purchased within the 30 day return period.
- The product is in its original packaging and condition
- All made to order products cannot be returned.

Any returned item will not be refunded without our approval and review.
All consultation services are non-refundable.
Damaged items
If you have received a damaged product, please provide images of the packaging and damaged product and notify us immediately for assistance. We will only provide the replacement item for the damaged within 14 days after buyer received the items.
Sale items

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
